Erik Harris
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Erik is a native of Mission Viejo, CA. He was commissioned through the United States Naval Academy and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering in May 2019. Not only did he excel academically in the nuclear engineering curriculum, Erik also played Division I football for 2 years, and Division I rugby for 2 years while at Navy. He was able to develop himself as a student-athlete, while maximizing the experiences he was offered through rigorous military training. Erik graduated from Civil Engineer Corps Officers School, Port Hueneme, California in October 2019. He is currently assigned as a Construction Manager at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California where he is responsible for overseeing renovation and new construction projects from commencement to completion. At this time, Erik manages approximately $100 million of work-in-place at Camp Pendleton. He co-founded Harris & Moore LLC with his college rugby teammate, Patrick Moore, in March 2019.
Patrick Moore
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Patrick is a native of Middletown, MD. He was commissioned through the United States Naval Academy and graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 2019. Along with excelling academically, Patrick also played four years of Division I rugby, starting for three. With a clean conduct record, Patrick attempted to lead by example with his actions. Patrick is currently attending Purdue University to obtain his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his time and the Naval Academy, his research was published twice and he continues research currently at Purdue University. Upon completion of his degree, Patrick will attend Nuclear Power School in Charleston, SC with the intent to become a submariner in the US Navy. He co-founded Harris & Moore LLC with his college rugby teammate, Erik Harris, in March 2019.

Integrity
Erik and Patrick have had integrity instilled in them their whole lives, but their undergraduate institution, The United States Naval Academy, further developed this trait. Integrity allows them to effectively gain the trust of both investors and businesses because they have their client’s best interests in mind. Every company is meticulously researched to ensure maximum clarity and transparency for investors. This may take extra effort, but, to Erik and Patrick, it is imperative to prioritize integrity and trust, especially when dealing with investments and finances.
Discipline
Erik and Patrick continue to further develop their ability to remain disciplined in all aspects of their lives. Erik and Patrick were able to find a balance between an engineering curriculum, Division I athletics, and military life during their undergraduate careers. This discipline further aids them in the business world because, when dealing with both entrepreneurs and investors, no shortcuts will be made. When Erik and Patrick develop a plan, they have a specific goal in mind and have the discipline to obtain that goal, even if it is difficult. However, they also have the humility to admit when there is a flaw in their plan and adapt accordingly. Throughout the entirety of the investment process, Erik and Patrick will constantly communicate their intentions with all businesses and investors to ensure transparency in all partnerships. Leading with humility and discipline, Erik and Patrick hope to further foster trust amongst their clients, which is paramount to their business.
Motivation and Hard Work
Erik and Patrick have always had drive surpassing that of their peers. Whether it was spending extra time to master their sport or spending countless hours in the classroom to ensure mastery of material, they made sure that they were the hardest working individuals in the room. They are both motivated not by extrinsic goods or services, but rather by the intrinsic desire to succeed and help others. Despite the challenges they faced in athletics and academia, Erik and Patrick relied on hard work in order to, not only overcome, but far surpass expectations. Innumerable hours were devoted by Erik and Patrick in developing themselves morally, mentally, and physically, so that they could achieve their personal goals.
